The City of Lebanon, Ohio is requesting that qualified insurance brokers or agents respond to this RFQ if interested in providing property and casualty insurance. Lebanon is a full-service municipality that provides electric, water, wastewater, and storm water utility services to residents and businesses in addition to traditional public safety (Police and Fire) and general government services. It is the objective of the City of Lebanon to select a number of qualified brokers and agents to bid on their property & casualty insurance program, which will be effective on September 30th, 2018.
